My mother's therapists are EXCELLENT! They are totally professional and quite caring. Each time they come out, I feel they are providing great guidance in getting my mom better physically. They are also genuinely CONCERNED about her overall health, inputting professional comments when needed. My mom and myself have both been using services at functional for about 5 years now and they have provided great care to the both of us! We are pleased with the staff we have had coming into our home. They are very client centered and build great relationships with their patients. Thanks to Terrica PT who has helped me tremendously!

I've had a few therapists with this company. The one that I am most satisfied with is Rita Robinson. She has patience with me, she takes her time with me, she listens to all of my health problems, and she works me over. I Love all of that about her. I want her as my therapist every single time as long as i am with Functional independence.

Functional is a Great company for home health services. I have been using them for the past 3 years, and they have been nothing shirt of exemplary. Erica is my favorite! She always wears her smile as part of her uniform and makes sure I wear one as well.
