Excellent option for memory care in greater Boston.
We visited many memory care facilities before we chose Fox Hill Village's White Oak Cottages for our beloved father. The location is convenient to Rte 95 with two beautiful newer light-filled buildings with 12 residents each. The grounds are beautiful and there is a large patio. The guest rooms are nicely appointed. The common areas feel like home: open concept kitchen/dining/living so residents are encouraged to participate in programs. The staff works hard to engage the residents and offers daily programs with a lot of musical entertainment which is great.
The outstanding staff is caring, kind and friendly.

Top Notch Staff Performance and Beautifully Maintained.

My mother moved-in Birch Grove (FoxHill Assisted Living) two months ago after my father's passing and the residents and team on-site could not be anymore welcoming. They know her by first name and are always there to assist.
The property is 5-star and is so well-maintained.
Numerous places to eat on campus.
From the sales team (Kristin) to Aneylis to Ashley and all the aides/team....top notch!
Thank you All

In January, 2026 my wife was admitted to White Oak Cottages, the memory care facility affiliated with Fox Hill Village in Westwood, Massachusetts. The Sales Director, Kristen Chin, was very sensitive to the importance and the nature of selecting a facility for the matriarch of our family. During our initial tour of White Oak, Kristen made sure that we were exposed to the significant aspects and features of the facilities as they would relate to the care and supervision of my wife. After deciding that White Oak Cottages was easily our first choice, Kristen, along with Shannon Connell, Administrator, and Karla Priscilla, RN, Resident Care Director, ensured that the admittance process was smooth and as stress free as possible given the circumstances.

Gladly, our sense of optimism attained during the tour proved to be pleasantly accurate. After living there for two months, my wife has indicated that how wonderfully attentive and caring the staff has been, and I have observed that members of the staff and the leadership team are truly top notch. Any Alzheimer's patient would be fortunate to reside at such a wonderful memory care facility.

After 45 years of living on my own, I made the decision to move to Birch Grove assisted living community in Westwood, MA.

Making this life altering decision was not an easy one. I researched and visited 11 facilities, sometimes returning for a “second look!”

During this time of exploration, my health and safety became more at risk. However, with a tailor-made plan, trained and dedicated medical assistants, other residents and caring administrative professional personnel, my confidence built up, my independence grew stronger, and I began to realize that I possessed more strength than I ever imagined. Most importantly, this team helped me to believe in myself and my capabilities. I no longer was focusing on the symptoms of my illness. Birch Grove provided me with tools to manage my life, one step at a time.

I continue to have good and not so good days, but I feel that I now have a strong skill set to better manage the ups and downs that occur in my daily life. In other words, I have “just what the doctor ordered.” How good is that!!!

THANK YOU, Birch Grove, keep up the good work!!! You are making a significant difference in so many lives.

My wife and I have lived at Fox Hill Village for 2 years. The very first day we were invited to dinner by neighbors who thought we had worked long enough unpacking and thought we needed a break. During the following months, other residents invited us to join them for dinner. Dinner is a daily social event. We are now engaged in many social activities.
We are excited that we purchased an apartment on the second floor. The library, arts and crafts center, and auditorium are all centrally located on the second floor, at the junction of the four residential wings. This is the cultural, intellectual, performing arts, and social hub of the community. It is the location of the holiday parties as well as frequent lectures and concerts. These are often followed by receptions with appetizers and wine or soft drinks. There are frequent movies, most selected by the residents. They have included current Academy Award nominees and winners. There are three fantastic eating venues.
Moving here was the best decision of our life. We love to say, we’re living the dream.
