If I could give ZERO stars I would. I visited a Family member on Saturday the 16th with others. . I am anonymous so I dont get back lash from them. They seem mean. but what in the world. I understand insurance companies only pay for what they do, but come on. This place needs alot of work. Down to the gloves. The food. The floorboards, bathrooms. Trash, gloves, cigarettes butts in parking lot. Screens cut out of windows. Outside of this facility is gross. The inside smells of urine. 1 nurse talking care of all the patients. They dont get their morning meds until lunch! The lack of compassion is crazy werid. Things broken. Paint peeling. Lack of cleanliness.. I truly cannot put into words. They dont care there. It took me days to even think of what to say. Outdated furniture and equipment. Things being stolen. Its alot. I wont return to that place.. the city needs to go I.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Fouraker Hills Rehab & Nursing Center. The team was caring, attentive, and treated residents with kindness and respect. The facility was clean, welcoming, and the nurses and therapy staff made sure concerns were addressed promptly. You can tell the staff truly works hard to create a comfortable environment for employees, residents and families. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Darcie Love

Very informative meeting with social worker and case manager. They were very professional. Ms. Thomas was the best person I met. She was to the point, understanding. When your loved ones are in a denial situation, it takes a certain personality to ease the pain. She did it for me. Thanks

I'd give zero starts if possible.... Had a delivery here today and the lady at the desk is so unprofessional it's not even funny. Her attitude is less than human. Her assumptions that someone can heat that little speaker thing while a loud truck is running right by the door is less then human. Her eyes rolling every five seconds because she has to do her job is less than human. And honestly if that's how this person working here is supposed to act then WOW!!.... I'd recommend NOT SENDING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. ITS VERY OBVIOUS THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE HERE FOR A PAY CHECK ONLY. No cares given and by the way the outside and lobby look I can only imagine how disgusting it is where the patient's are.

I brought my mom to Fouraker Hills to stay for rehab and we were welcome with smiles and open arms. Each staff member we encounter was very friendly and eager to assist us with anything we needed and answered any questions we had without any hesitation. My mom was very nervous about coming there and adamant that she did not want to go but upon arrival with the warmth and love the staff showed made her feel a sigh of relief. When I saw the nervousness she had in her face before going there turn into a smile and to look at me and let me know that she would be all right there made me have relief. I can say that the saying that the first impression is the best impression was truly the case at Fouraker Hills.
