My mom recently stayed at this facility for about 23 days, and our experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. We are so grateful for the care and attention she received during her stay. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and always made sure she was comfortable and well cared for. She never felt alone there was always someone checking in on her and making sure her needs were met. Every employee we encountered was professional, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Physical Therapist Amanda, Employee Vanessa and all the other amazing staff members who went above and beyond every day. The physical therapy team was also excellent. They were patient, encouraging, and played a big role in her progress and recovery. Overall, everything about her stay was positive. We had no issues at all and would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in need of this type of care and support.

I’ve been at Countryside for 3 months for rehab on my broke ankle. They have a great staff. Jeff is a hands on administrator, Rob is the social worker who is so amazing. The therapy department is a God send especially Mason, Nyah, Amanda just to name a few. The activities Mary and Maria are awesome. They got me out of my room and doing things. The dietary people are great. The nurses are fantastic. Angelica, the DON is amazing and so are her nurses. The CNA’s for example, Ana, Ally, Talia, Roxanna and Jay are caring and loving. The housekeeper’s Nora and Michael are super. Jeff in maintenance is great. These people have become part of my family!! They have been here for me in great times and times when I was down. I greatly appreciate and love them all!!!!!

My name is Lydia Pascale. I was a patient in early February and I was so happy about the care I received,the nurses,my social worker,the CNAs,were all very friendly and caring,I especially liked Mary the activities director and Maria who had fun activities for the pts everyday!😊❤️ Thank you to all the staff who I might have not mentioned,the nursing care was a five star.

I work for a hospice company in Fresno and frequently need to contact facilities for respite care bed availability. The Director of Business Development, Robert is always willing to help me take care of my patients and their families. Whenever I need anything he is easy to reach and ready to help. Robert is professional, caring and organized. I feel at ease when my patients and their families are being cared for by Robert and the staff at this facility. It is nice to work with such competent and reliable people!

I visited my father at Countryside for Christmas and was truly blown away by the level of care and compassion shown by the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The nurses went above and beyond to make sure my father's needs were met, from ensuring he had his favorite holiday meal to making sure he was comfortable and happy throughout our visit. It was clear that they genuinely cared about him and all of the residents under their care. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and full of festive decorations that added to the holiday spirit. I left feeling grateful knowing that my father is in such good hands, surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals who truly go above and beyond for their patients.
