The administrator Chris is just awful. He doesn't speak and stares at you with a blank look on his face. He and the don have ruined the building. The I'm not sure what gutter they found these two in but send them back.

My mom has been at Flannery Oaks for years. She has thrived. She was dying at home but living at Flannery Oaks. Activities are happening all day everyday. They have tea parties, birthday parties even a senior prom.

This place is complete trash! The patient care and communication is abysmal!!! They were about to kill my sister. She had to be sent to BR general by ambulance at death's door! They left her sitting in urine for hours, and basically let her starve by failing to ensure she was able to eat or drink. She was taken directly to ICU when she arrived at the hospital. Do not bring your loved ones here!!!

Went to visit a family member. I have a serious question? Do y’all even give the people that’s there a bath because the ones that y’all put out front and the tv areas stink like urine and it’s noticeable. The building even smells bad that’s rediculous. I would never again put any more family members in that place. What if it was one of your family members that smell bad and not giving a bath. Y’all should be reported and I think I might just do that because it’s sickening.

Flannery Oaks Guest House is one of the best facilities in Baton Rouge ! The premises from the outside is beautiful. The entrance is inviting along with the inside. Brand new top to bottom , smells very nice . The residents their to be so happy and comfortable. They have a very good staff from admissions to environmental services, the food is excellent. The whole staff enjoys working there. Giving it a family/team players that all work together. I've been to quite a few other facilities with my grandparents and only wish we could have brought them to Flannery Oaks in their time of need.
