This facility asks for payment in advance and agrees to pay any days that you do not use. However, when your loved one passes away and they owe you money they do not repay you. The facility has owed us approximately $7000 for over 90 days now and says the "check is in the mail." Now they will not answer the phone and there is no ability to leave a voicemail. Do NOT pay money to this facility!

My mom is NEVER clean, majority of the staff is rude and unprofessional. When you question them about the care of your family member they become defensive and combative.

The building is beautiful. Unfortunately, the care is awful. They are short staffed all of the time. There are a few good people but most can careless. We have someone with my mom most of the time because don'tchange them frequently and feed them. Tray are just left sitting when you can't feed your self. We couldn't make it during the ice storm, when I made there my mom was soaked and had a open sore. No one there had noticed it. The would not return the nurses calls for orders over the weekend.
