Clara Bartolo is a super caregiver, especially for my husband. She is attentive in a friendly and willing demeanor that makes it a pleasure to have her with us. Clara fit right in as a family member. We are so blessed to have her.

After my wife was discharged from the Winchester Medical Center ER with a pending social services consult that was never happened, I found Wendy at Firstlight Care in Winchester the very next day. Within 24 hrs, a angel from heaven appeared at our door. Michelle, was our certified home care nurse. Not only was she knowledgeable but caring, personable, and professional. Rapidly, she had a total care plan implemented. Although, my wife passed within a few days, she made her last few days comfortable and peaceful for her and me. I will always be greatful to Wendy and Michelle coming to our rescue.

I am so happy that I found FirstLight Home care and would recommend their services to anyone! For the past six months they have been caring for my mother who has dementia. Not only do the caregivers cook, clean and help my mom with her baths. Her caregivers keep my mom active and takes her to different community events. We have one main caregiver and a second when she is not available. The office staff is wonderful and are always available to answer my questions. I have used other home care companies in he past and FirstLight Home Care is by far the best one we have found!!
