Mia, Ms. Baker, and Zandra were outstanding in providing respite care for my husband. Everyone at Right at Hone were very friendly, accommodating yet professional. Looking forward to working with them again. They exceeded my and my husband's expectations.

Very disappointing. We had many issues with Right at Home, from workers who spent consistently arrived late and more time playing on their phones than caring for my mother-in-law, to workers who were just clueless on how to care for someone. The company charged extra for weekend shifts and, in some instances, would only provide someone if we would pay overtime because they had already gotten 40 hours for the week working with other clients. There was very little consistency with caregivers and little experience with dementia patients. I don't recommend this company.

We used Right at Home when my grandmother became too sick to be alone. The company was easy to work with and very helpful. Amy Stultz was one of the main caregivers we had and I can't say enough good things about her. Amy is gracious, dependable, and attentive. You can tell she really cares about her clients and enjoys helping them.

We recently used the services of Right At Home when my grandmother-in-law suddenly needed 24 hour care. She had always been extremely independent, the sudden need for care was a drastic change, and being a nurse, I had a hard time turning her care over to someone else. As soon as I met Amy Stultz, with Right At Home, I was instantly relieved and knew my grandma would be in great hands! Amy is professional, intelligent, compassionate, intuitive and so kind. She went above and beyond every shift and was always finding ways to make grandma feel special, while looking out for her best interest and keeping her safe. Amy has definitely found her calling in being a caregiver. I would highly recommend this company, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Amy!

Right At Home has been a real life saver for the past few years since my mother fell ill, after retiring to the Winchester area. As a rehab nurse her whole life, one of her wishes was to be kept out of the nursing home and ride out her "glory days" in the comfort of her own home. Right At Home was the perfect solution for enabling her to do just that. From my very first interaction with Peter Lawrence, I could tell that this was a quality operation. His kindness, understanding, thoughtfulness, and follow through are beyond reproach and these ideals seam to flow down through every member of his team. The entire office staff and all of the caregivers are honest, responsive, upbeat, positive, and were ready to go the extra mile to make sure mom had what she needed. Whether there was a scheduling conflict or a staff member had to call out sick, Right At Home had the resources to cover any situation that arose. All of the caregivers have had dementia and Alzheimer's training and are genuine advocates of treating their patients with dignity and respect. I thank them for all of their compassion and hard work and can't think of an organization with more class than Right At Home. Thank you and keep up the great work that you do!
