My father lives at The Pointe in Boca Raton. He is 101 years old and accidentally caused a fire at his apartment there. Thankfully, he is fine but as you can imagine, the experience has been traumatizing for all. I live out of state and while I've been trying to handle things on my end, I have been so incredibly relieved to know that both Pauline Lawson and Juana Pena Ubierra have been there to assist him. Juana has truly gone above and beyond. She has called and checked in with both my father and me every single day, offering not only help but genuine kindness, comfort, and reassurance. She is so much more than an employee—she is an exceptionally compassionate and caring person who treats my father as though he were a member of her own family. Her warmth, dedication, and generosity of spirit have meant more to us than I can adequately express. My family and I are grateful for everything Juana has done. Her support during this challenging time has made an immeasurable difference, and we will never forget her kindness.
