From the first outreach to the continued support First Light has been amazing. I never have an issue reaching Barron or relaying issues or concerns so the caregiver is prepared for the visit. First Light as a company has been incredibly responsive, helpful and highly communicative. No phone call or text goes unanswered and most importantly, they treat the patient with the utmost respect and dignity. They provide a service that is often difficult and thankless and they do it with grace and kindness, while going above and beyond for their patients. I cannot speak highly enough of First Light, Barron and Myrna. The impact they have improves quality of life in challenging circumstances.

Just on board for 4 days with Barron and his team at FirstLight Home Care (FHC) for services for my mother-in-law, now home from a fall. For 3 hours each day, they provide loving, respectful and insightful assistance as she regains her confidence and strength toward self-sufficiency. While she was already able to perform some self-care tasks, they have given helpful and patient assistance with online ordering of groceries and a new mattress, doing laundry, carinf for cats and preparing simple meals. Thank you Barron and Daniel!

I can not say enough good things about First Light. We have worked with other care agencies and this experience has light years better than we have experienced or even hoped for. Barron is kind and responsive. Frankie keeps us updated on any changes to the care schedule, promptly and professionally. Every care worker has been absolutely wonderful with my grandfather. They are attentive, kind , engage him in conversation and are extremely professional. My grandfather requires near full time care and we have been delighted with each caregiver. We have worked with Wahita, Aurora, Luke, Amelia, Mona and Dawn as our primary core group. Each of them feels like family. We feel safe and confident in their abilities and having them here offer a level of comfort we didn’t know we needed. If you have a family member in need of care, I would recommend First Light as your first choice.
