First light was such a blessing to my mom and I. The caregivers were fantastic with her! We used their service about 3 years. The company is very responsive to changing schedules and needs. They were great at communicating schedule changes. Their online Spectrum Teletrack is excellent to see schedules and review caregiver notes. I never had to worry about the care she received as the caregivers were prompt, reliable and provided my mom with excellent care so she could live out her remaining days in her own home.

Recieved one day of respite care and was told the person they sent wouldn't be coming back due to her fear of snakes (despite never being asked if we had snakes in the initial interview) as well as comments being left about the cleanliness of our home. Additionally, I was never talked to about the issues and they never contacted me about sending out a different person to help, despite telling me they would do so when they called to let me know the lady was afraid of snakes. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Our mother was in end stages of pancreatic cancer we were needing someone to help with cares as she became bed bound quickly. Stephanie & Jaye (the owner) responded to an e-mail on a Sunday, Stephanie called me Monday morning & was able to get care set up for that same day starting @ 7:00 that night. They were amazing from the office staff to the ladies who cared for our mother we can not say enough great things. For us being our mom was "faith filled" having a company that isn't afraid to have their staff say "God Bless" and treat a woman who isn't responding with amazing respect & kindness. Connie our last care giver knew the signs that mom was going to be passing soon & just let me know so that way we as a family could encircle the bed & be with mom as she took her last breath. Lydia, Amy, Connie are a few I met there were others & our family said EVERY single one of them was great at what they did. Thank you Jaye & Stephanie & all the staff for making this tough time much easier.

The staff has always been very helpful. My care giver is very dependable, always arrivals on time and completes the tasks in a timely manner. She's got a great personality and loves to visit with you. I definitely think it's a great service
