The ladies were wonderful for my father. However, I had to take care of him myself ,several times because of scheduling issues. Also, here it is 2 years later and I am finding a lot of the stuff from his house was taken. This was the girls from the Beaufort office. I cannot prove anything, no cameras were inside the house. If you are going to hire this company, I suggest putting cameras inside the house .

We first used FirstLight in 2015 when my father required 24/7 care. The only time we had an issue with a caregiver not showing up was due to severe weather. Lisa would come out herself if necessary to cover until a caregiver could be there. After dad passed away, they continued caring for mom until we had to move her to memory care. This has been an 8 year relationship. Every now and then you get a caregiver who is not a good fit or conducts personal business on the clock, but the lines of communication are open. Lisa is responsive to your concerns.

First meet Lisa after Moms stroke in 2020. She came out to meet with us and mom one on one. This is now 3rd year. The staff work hard to match caregiver to moms particular needs. Very personable. Very attentive to mom. Trustworthy. Would not hesitate to suggest FirstLight to family and friends.
