I just want to start off by saying this place is Amazing inside and out. Very easy to find also has ample parking,even a charger for your EV, Staff are so caring about what they do. Ms.Vivian was very attentive and sweet. Ms. Karen the owner she was so kind, Ms.Karen even ordered lunch for the new onboards. I must say this place is Phenomenal. I will definitely choose this place for a loved one 🫶

My mother and stepfather lived in the area for 23 years. In 2020 my mother had her leg amputated from vascular issues. In 2025 my stepdad had to have neck surgery. I live 1700 miles away and needed to fly there to help with day to day routines since my stepfather would be out of commission as he recovered from neck surgery. I couldn’t stay forever so I called a few home care organizations. Karen responded within 10minutes. She came the next day and sat with us and explained so much about the elderly and continued care and how the insurance works. So incredibly knowledgeable and impassioned by her own experiences. We felt very confident this was the organization that fit all of our needs. Needless to say I was able to go home with the confidence that my parents were in wonderful caring hands. Some of the caregivers seem to be so close that my parents sometimes treated them like their own children. So I have sisters I have never known(hehe). Anyway if you are in need of care for your aging parents in the Orlando area, do not hesitate to call. This was one of the best decisions we ever made. Karen will definitely explain to you thoroughly and with full understanding of your situation. I am so glad they were there when I needed them.

We learned of First Light through the VA for my dad. First Light was absolutely awesome. They worked with our schedule and any changes we had there wasn't any accommodation they couldn't handle. Their staff is pleasant and really understood us in our time of need. I would highly recommend them.
