Having experience with other care agencies for my parents over a 15 year period, Bayada - Winter Park was the only one that truly delivered on their promises! Their level of communication and compassion for providing successful visits was far above the standard expectation. You won’t find a more professionally run office and experienced caregivers for your loved ones!

We have been using Bayada for a few months now and have a great experience. From the office staff to our amazing aide it's just been an overall wonderful. I love that you have a main contact at the office assigned to you, a main aide and an alternate incase life happens. Everything is covered and you never have to worry about not having help. Highly recommend Bayada.

Bayada Assistive Care, Winter Park, FL, went above and beyond when we needed 24/7 care for my father who was nearing the end of his life. With very little notice, they assembled a team of exceptional caregivers who were highly skilled, compassionate, kind, reliable and punctual. They ensured my father's needs were met, plus they were a source of added comfort for our family during a very difficult time. The Winter Park office staff is exactly who you want on your side when needing care for a loved one. They are excellent communicators and their compassion, kindness and understanding helped us when we needed it the most. Even after my father passed away, they called me to express their sympathy and then sent a beautiful card with each staff member adding heartfelt messages of condolences. I am forever grateful for the Winter Park office staff and their caregivers.

My family has been working in partnership with Bayada for more than a year now and we couldn't be happier with the services provided. They have made it manageable, and as non stressful as possible for us to be involved in the caring from afar for our mother who has dementia. Bayada discusses regularly with us any challenges she is having, and has been flexible in providing assistance as her needs change. Due consideration was given to finding a wonderful Aide who is a great fit the household, and the supervising director and nurse schedule visitations on a regular basis to ensure continued quality care. Our experience with Bayada would definitely have me recommend the company to anyone else seeking their services.

I highly recommend Bayada to anyone needing home healthcare. The team, Paola and Lorelai, are phenomenal in addressing our needs. Wes, the caregiver assigned to my husband, is a perfect match.
