My father was ill and released from the hospital and we needed somebody within 6 hrs to provide 24/7 nursing. Interim was able to schedule nurses immediately. They were all very attentive, highly qualified and cared. Really appreciate all the help they provided on a 24/7 basis over multiple days until my father was more stable. Highly recommend!

Working as an RN with Interim Home Health Care has been an excellent experience. The flexibility this job provides is unmatched and allows for a great work-life balance, which is especially valuable in home health. The staff is welcoming, supportive, and always willing to help whenever needed. One of the standout aspects of this organization is the leadership—Beth, the Director of Nursing, is consistently available for phone consultations and guidance, even when you’re out in the field. That level of accessibility and support makes a significant difference in day-to-day practice. I also appreciate how thoroughly the office staff reviews referrals with nurses before offering assignments. This ensures clarity, safety, and confidence before accepting a case, which ultimately benefits both the nurse and the patient. Overall, this is an absolute gem of a place to work. I would rate Interim Home Health Care 5/5 without hesitation.

Interim home healthcare of Orlando has been a blessing and wonderful experience. My father became ill and was unable to independently care for himself. I was able to take a two month leave of absence from work to care for him. However, I had to get back to work. That’s where interim stepped in the sign-up process was simple and easy. Andrea and caregiver Niki came out to the house and explained the entire process to us. My father and his wife felt very comfortable with everything. We were able to start services within 48 hours. Caregiver comes and stays with him from 8 to 530 and I come back in the evenings and go back to work in the morning. They provide a variety of services, including helping him up and down, in and out of bed, dressing him, bathing him as needed, changing his depends, preparing meals, cleaning services and laundry just to name a few. They’re also able to take him to appointments as needed if I’m not available, which is very convenient. The Caregivers we have had kind and compassionate. There are a variety of options if we have to increase the level of care, i.e. go to 24 hour down the road. They also have respite care if I need to get away for a day or two or a week long weekend they can come in and stay. We are extremely happy with the services provided thus far. Interim Healthcare served as my home health nursing agency for five months. As a nurse myself, I hold a very high standard for care, and Interim consistently exceeded my expectations. The nursing staff (Angel, primary) and Madelyn provided outstanding care, from blood draws to IV fluid management. They communicated clearly ahead of each home visit and arrived within the scheduled time frame. Every nurse demonstrated genuine compassion and concern for my well-being and actively advocated for me to obtain the medical care and supplies I needed. The director Beth remained personally involved, regularly checking in on my progress and asking for feedback, which I truly valued. The physical therapist Smita assigned to my care was also exceptional. I highly recommend Interim Healthcare as an excellent choice for home nursing services.
