Legacy Pointe at UCF delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish. The community is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a place where residents are supported and valued. Every interaction I had reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. A special shoutout to Margaret Chalarca, who was phenomenal during the SNF tour. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She was the kind of person who makes you feel confident and informed every step of the way. Her ability to explain services, answer questions, and highlight what makes this community stand out added so much clarity and reassurance. Legacy Pointe at UCF is a standout choice for anyone seeking a high‑quality, compassionate, and well run environment. Highly recommended!

My family member was admitted their for rehabilitation. This is one facility which agency still worked/works in the building. The DON was Cindy and ADON was Sierra both were Wonderful and truly care about the residents, their families and listened to staff which I witnessed on many occasions. The only downfall was agency there was a nurse named Nikki who was very rude and acted like she was the CEO of the building. She cursed at staff and did not care who heard it. I witnessed her on many occasions smile in the nurse/CNAs faces and roll her eyes and say something ill-will about her the second she walked away. Mom's room was right across from one of the nurse stations on orange side. My mom did not care to have her as her nurse. I received calls from mom many times about her and the care she provided. Very unprofessional and I hope she is still not working there. She is part of the culture they need to change. Other than that mom experience was Amazing!

Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Legacy Pointe at UCF. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt an incredible sense of warmth and compassion. Every member of the staff treats residents with genuine kindness, respect, dignity and love. They not only provide exceptional care but also take the time to truly know each resident, making them feel valued and loved. The environment is bright, clean, and welcoming, with thoughtful activities and events that keep residents engaged and happy. We have seen firsthand how much joy, comfort, and peace of mind this community brings—not only to its residents but to their families as well. Dining is a delight here too. The culinary team offers menus brimming with fresh, flavorful dishes that evolve alongside resident favorites, turning every meal into a sensory experience that brings people together. We are forever grateful for the dedication, patience, and heartfelt compassion shown to our loved ones while staying in the rehabilitation, skilled nursing and assisted living. First time to get a facial and I must say that Elizabeth was amazing. Gentle and would tell me what she was putting on my skin. The place is relaxing, clean and had a very soothing scent. Warm greetings when I walked in. Made me feel relaxed. Will definitely book again with her... love that they have couple beds as well. Room was so adorable.
