I’ve been with Firefly for a couple of months now and I can honestly say that management and the ladies from HR are very friendly and always communicate very well to me. If I’ve ever had a problem, they’re always quick to explain/fix the situation. Only thing I will say is that it’s very hard for them to get me at my 40 hours and that they don’t offer benefits other than that everything else is great with this company.

My wife and I both receive excellent care by the entire staff at Firefly home care services. We both are blessed by the wonderful and professional care by the specialist assigned to us. They are wonderful loving workers. We highly recommend their services to anyone needing home care. The VA procurred the service for us as we are both disabled veterans. Thank you Firefly.

Firefly Home Care LLC agency is perfect for those who need someone to pop in and check on a loved one. I still had to work while taking care of my husband and just needed someone who could check on him at lunch time. Firefly would communicate if there was a change in time or person stopping by. His care person even took the time to give our golden retriever attention and made sure he went outside.

firefly is not the first home care I have had, but it is the best home care that I have had. The things i like the best is having the same aid show up most of the time. This person is always on time and always does a very good job. I'm very happy with the work done. when a sub has to show up, they know just what has to be done. they also know all about me from my likes to my dislikes. You feel like they have been here many times. then there is the office personal. they have called many times and check how everything is going. They offer to do anything that they can and then they do it. This is a company you like to deal with. everybody is very friendly and makes you feel like their only job is to please me.

I have high praise for the management, care givers, administration and volunteers at Firefly. They were recommended to me by a caregiver at a different Home Care company! Such great communication via email, phone calls. They work so hard to create a schedule that is suitable to the clients needs. Without the additional help of transporting and escorting my father to his Dr appointments…his quality of health would have gone done hill. I trusted and relied on these folks so much.I live in Colorado and was sole caretaker of my father. My dad recently passed away and he would tell me he did know how we would have got by without their support, care, knowledge and brightening his day. Thank you Firefly 🙂
