I lived here from September 2023 to March of 2024 and I got out of my lease for the following reasons.<br><br>Hyper-infestation of cockroaches and bed bugs. I had to throw out all of my furniture when I moved. Literally. I threw out my sofa and my bed and all of my blankets etc.<br><br>Management allowed a violent and mentally unwell woman to damage property and was finally stopped after I called the police when she threatened to blow up the building and get a single bullet for every single resident. Social workers played cat and mouse with her for 3 months while she destroyed everyone's living space and peacefulness.<br><br>The neighbor across the street decided to try to run me over after he ingested a quantity of crystal meth. He went on to stab a couple of employees at the local Safeway and was apprehended heading down MLK at 90 mph. That's the neighborhood.
