Questionable at best, my mom, who was already using a walker and not totally coherent was given a suppository in the early evening with no monitoring or supervision and of course, had to go to the bathroom AGAIN with NO SUPERVISION (who does that?) , attempted to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and fell and broke her hip. This led to a horrible set of circumstances that led to her death. Have you heard of what happens when older people break their hips? I get that this is rehab and there is already some weaknesses and medical deficiencies but if you have a better alternative I highly recommend it. Yes, this is a nonprofit and less expensive alternative but in my circumstance led directly to the death of my mother. I am in the process of filing a grievance with the the healthy department.

This review is long overdue but I still keep thinking about how amazing Kline Galland was for my father when he fell on vacation in Seattle and broke his hip. After his hip replacement, he wasn't safe to transport back to California and we needed to find a skilled nursing facility locally. The nurses, therapists, and staff at Kline Galland were absolutely phenomenal. I have a CNA licence myself in California so I was particularly impressed with their organization, professionalism, and positive attitude. My aunt is a Doctor and she was similarly impressed when she visited. This location is beautiful and the atmosphere was always welcoming. Their housekeeping/environmental services staff was really on top of their game. My father enjoyed the food and especially the coffee. I still remember him smiling over his kosher 'burger.'<br>With help from the care team, my father got stronger and we were able to safely bring him home. I'm sorry this review took so long, but better late than never. Thank you.
