I’ve had several interactions with Julie, and each time she’s been a pleasure to work with. She’s consistently a clear and responsive communicator, making sure questions are answered and concerns are addressed promptly. Beyond that, her positive attitude really stands out. She brings a supportive, solutions-focused approach that makes the whole experience smoother and more reassuring. It’s clear she cares about doing a good job and helping others, and that comes through in every interaction. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the effort she puts into her work.

OPEN CORRUPTION AND BRIBERY! Went this place multiple times to see their Social services head and she has the front desk guy blocking you instead of checking her availability and do his job( AA male tattoos on his neck) when you try to set appointment she doesn't respond to calls and emails. Recently while waiting on the lobby same security guard called her and other providers showed up with flashy gift box. She received her massive gift and she was super exited about the gift. When I tried to talk to her she said she is busy. When we tried to set appointment she already clocked out at 1pm. And she told her guy she is done for the day. I never witnessed this kind of open BRIBERY and she manipulated the front desk guy to answer on her behalf. Don't they have totally different jobs and are required to answer to any customer of the facility professionaly. Her name is Julie and her assistant is the black man with tattoo. This place is already having alot of complaints adding such dirty practice will hurt their business. DSHS and BBB will get the copy of this complaint.
