I would give them a zero if I could. I won’t get into all the details of how horribly they treat their patients. I wouldn’t treat my worst enemy the way they treat the people under their care. My dad has been there for months now and I finally called and reported them to the state. He had no infections or anything when he got to this facility and now he’s currently in the hospital with a very bad infection. Over a week of us trying to call ambulances to take him to the hospital and staff would intervene and tell them that he didn’t need one he was fine he’s well taken care of. Finally we took him out anyways and they discharged him. Which they do every time he leaves even tho we follow procedure. They’ve admitted to me to not giving him care because he yelled at them, he is a stroke patient and gets agitated very easily. His legs were so bad it took us over an hour to get them to come in and that’s only because I went off of them and threatened to call the state. Which I did. They do not care about the patients here. If you have any love for your family, don’t keep them at this facility. They will absolutely bring them to the brink of death and not care one bit. Multiple times he’s fallen and he’s one door down from a nurses station and it took them over 2 hours to go in his room. The whole time he was on the floor covered in urine because they didn’t clean his urinal and it spilled. I do all his laundry because if they do it you’ll never see it again or it’ll take two weeks. I had to buy him new clothes because of it. On top of that they don’t clean well. My mom and I go in and disinfect the room, clean the bathroom, and his bedding. I’m not really sure why they are they because they don’t do anything. They also have been claiming pt to his insurance and he has not had it one time since being there. That’s fraud. I could go on and on but point is this place is disgusting, my 4 year old even said the building is so old and gross she doesn’t want to be there. They don’t clean. They are spiteful and if they get annoyed with you they won’t come in and care for you and have admitted so. All of the patients on the floor my dad is on are all sick with the same infection and sores and open wounds and they refuse to get any of them help. They are extremely rude to family that comes in and out. Drea and Stacy are some of the admin and they are useless. Just take my word for it. Do not go here!!!

Well take this from someone who lived here for 7 months... I seen a review that said that it's like our of a horror film and that is 100% correct.. and then some... Take for example the fact that today I asked both nurses on shift to please help me out with my bandages on my recent surgery stitches to get looked at and changed because it was hella bloody and I didn't know if it was infected or not and got straight up Ignored. I Had to do it myself and I can barely see it and it's still itching and idk if it's looking okay or not.. The nurses are pretty much pharmacists... They give you meds and that's about it... Except for Sky, she's is awesome..she actually cares and is the only one that ever looks at my wounds and takes care of it. The CNA's are super lazy, and sometimes downright disrespectful. I doubt everybody that works here has legit credentials for the job their doing.. and my room hasn't been dusted and throughly deep cleaned since I got here 8 months ago.. They pay attention to things they don't need to and the things that they should be paying attention to... They don't.. so instead of being worried about your well being and actually making sure your rehabilitation goes smoothly and you leave better than you came.. All they care about is making sure that you aren't breaking any rules and doing as little as possible as they can for you (even though you or your insurance pays $500/day for you being here) and then kicking you out as soon as they can with doing as little as possible for you. The food sucks. It's like they grabbed the first person walking down the sidewalk and said.."Hey yo! Would you like a job as a cook?" And they were like... " But idk how to cook..." And they were like .. oh don't you worry about it just go ahead and hop and the kitchen they'll be fine!" Rarely do I ever eat anymore... This place is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone... Maybe to my worst enemy... Just to watch them suffer. I could go on and on but I'll leave it at this.

Seattle Medical has such a great caring team. I love seeing the collaboration between the respiratory team and the nursing staff. They have been able to create great experiences for their patients.
