Giving 5 stars at it seems this is a excellent apartment complex. But my down fall is do they only allow old people, seniors? Ages of 55 an older. If to classify That as old age from That age. A response would be great. An i'm not a resident. An I dont pay own any apartment just not at the point to live on my own yet. An i'm 31 years old.

We moved into these apartments 6 months ago and love it. It is hard to go from a house into an apartment but these have such lovely kitchens and living space. It is home!

Fieldchase is outstanding from every perspective! Brand new apartments are unmatched in desirability. The Senior Property Manager, Amanda, is highly efficient. We viewed a variety of apartments and chose Fieldchase above them all.

Recently moved into these beautiful apartments. The management is very responsive and wonderful to work with. My apartment is the perfect size, light and bright. I’ve been enjoying coffee on my patio in the morning. The location is also excellent with easy access to 275 and 71, as well as restaurants and shopping. I’m very glad I chose Fieldchase!

I've been here about 3 weeks now...love it! Amanda has been so great to work with. I moved back to Ohio from Florida & this senior apartment building is just perfect for me. I just love that everything is new & beautiful & secure. My apartment & the building itself is everything as advertised on the website. It's been fun finding my way around the area...lots of great places to shop & visit. I can't wait for more residents to move in so we can begin some fun community events!
