I moved in I believe it was in 2019. I just recently moved. I recommend this place the people living there are wonderful. They will help each other out.<br><br>They work on activities and fun things for people to do there There is a bingo night and it can be a lot of fun. My father enjoyed it and I as well. They also have these dinners where you all get together. It’s so nice.<br><br>Kimberly is the management there and she was so helpful to me. My father passed in December and I had to have some help with something and she was wonderful. Took care of it anytime I asked her anything she would give me the answer, but if it was something, she wasn’t sure about she would let me know that she would be getting back with me and she always got back with me . She is extremely friendly and helpful. Easy to talk with.<br><br>And maintenance Rick I can’t say enough about him. My father had Alzheimer’s dementia and was wonderful with helping me with him if I needed assistance getting in or out of the place, he was great talking to my dad and I cannot say enough about how quick he was to repair anything I needed .<br><br>He was always very courteous and very helpful and would explain what he was doing and make sure you’re happy with the work that he did.<br><br>The reason I moved was unfortunately the rent does go up quite a bit and it was something I personally could not afford otherwise I would’ve stayed there so if you’re looking for a wonderful place for your senior years, this is a place to go with Kimberly and Rick, you know that things will be taken care of

We moved my mother in in the summer of 2018. She is now 90 and this is her forever home. She loves it here. The new manager Kimberly is wonderful with her. She has some great neighbors and everyone looks out for everyone in this building. She loves sitting on the balcony and just watching the people come and go and we all know that she is safe here.

My husband and I moved to the Fairfield Village Sr. Apartments in September 2018. I plan for this to be my forever home.<br><br>The Manager , Kimberly Dye, is excellent. She is highly professional and friendly and makes the tenants and the upkeep of the apartment building and grounds, a high priority.<br><br>I appreciate her concentration on detail and she is extremely aware of the needs of the tenants. She is very pleasant to work with and always has the tenants well being her focus.<br><br>In addition, Rich Schwarm is an excellent maintenance engineer and has proven over and over there is no task too great or small for him to address.<br><br>I’m very appreciative of the highly qualified and professional staff at the Fairfield Village Sr. Apartments.<br><br>Thank you for ALL you do, we appreciate you.
