Loveland Health Care is an amazing community. I have partnered with the team several times and everyone has been super helpful. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The staff truly care about the residents and you can feel it! I have attended activities there and the residents are smiling and engaged! I have also witnessed their therapy department in action and the team does a great job of providing that therapy experience with the residents as well! Stephanie, the administrator, is very accommodating, friendly and willing to help with whatever is needed to ensure a positive outcome. Great facility and team!

Katina Hill always goes above and beyond for her people she aids in taking care of. So much so that she treats them like her own aunts uncles grandparents. She puts her whole heart into her job and gives not a inch less

I can’t begin to find the words to describe the care and compassion that my mother was shown while she was being cared for. She was under hospice care and died here on 5/6/26, her name is Beverly. The staff here, from the top down to the cleaning lady are stellar. I wish I could name everyone but I know I have forgotten some names in the past few sad days. Nurse Rhonda, you are one of the best people I have ever met. I am honored that you were taking care of my mom on that final night. Tiar, I know you were sad to see her go but you helped me that night!! Nurse Amy and Rachel, you two are a wonderful team and made all the difference. Stephanie and Lori, I can’t imagine two better people to have helped me in a very crazy time. I will always remember your compassion. I hope Loveland Healthcare can retain the team they have for years to come so that other families can receive the care my Mother and family did. You all made a very sad time bearable for me as I knew my mom was getting the best possible care. Thank you so very much, Stephanie Shoe and family. Pic is of my Mom happy and healthy;)

My sister was there last winter first in rehab and then in the memory unit. The food was good, she got to participate in group activities singing and making crafts, the therapy was great. They even had a room where the family and friends could come in to celebrate her birthday. She was taken care of and watched over til she left us in March. Thank you LHC for all you do and your kind employees.

Finding a facility for your loved one can be frustrating and confusing. Loveland Healthcare may not have all the glitz and glam that a lot of the newer facilities have but don't look at that part of any facility. Look at the people that are residents there and the medical team caring for them. Loveland Healthcare cares for their residents and you see it when you walk the halls of this facility. You see residents conversing with each other in the hall and with the nurses, activities and games for them to enjoy, and they even have a kitchen and lounge area in the facility for residents and family to enjoy. The facility is clean and so are the residents and the food they serve residents is tasty and hot when they receive it. You don't get that depressing vibe when you walk through this facility, you get the feeling that this is home to the residents that live here. The staff is friendly and loving to all, residents and family as well. They listen to family and residents and respect everyone's wishes. You can count on your loved one getting the best possible care here. Thank you Loveland Healthcare for taking such good care of my mom! She loves it here and she loves those that take care of her. I couldn't have picked a better place for her. My only advice would be to stay in communication with the staff, they can't read minds!
