Fern Lodge

Fern Lodge is an affordable housing community in Redlands, California, serving low-income seniors aged 62 and older. The community comprises 62 one-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a kitchen featuring an electric stove, refrigerator, and spacious cabinets.

The community provides a service coordinator to help residents connect with community and medical services, supporting their access to care and resources. Redlands offers residents the amenities of a city combined with the charm and character of a small town.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and the restraint of pets in common areas. Management does not apply these pet rules to assistance animals and their owners.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement, and neither residents nor their guests may smoke in apartments or anywhere else on the property.
