If I could give Family Pride 50 stars I wouldn't think that was enough. We needed 24hr care for my Mom and we needed it quickly. Within 48 hours of our initial conversation Kerry & Nicky had arranged coverage for us and took a tremendous burden off my sons and I who were trying to piece things together the best we could.The fact that we ended up somehow choosing Family Pride out of an overwhelming barrage of calls was honestly the best thing that happened for my Mom. This is a copy of a text I sent to Kerry the day before my Mom passed away. . . . . .and BTW the 3 women at the house are wonderful!! Crasain is literally an angel in human form! She has the house set up so nice for my Mom with classical music and is always by her side taking care of her. Angeleen said she saw that my Mom was Catholic and was reading the Bible to her last night which I know my Mother would love and she put a red shirt over the lamp to give the room a softer feel. And Nicky has been fantastic as well. I'm very happy we ended up having you guys in. Thanks so much!!! And when my Mom passed away, we were there with her, Crasain was holding her hand and took care of everything for us. She closed the door, got my Mom all taken care of, folded her hands and told us we could come back in and see her! My wife, my daughter in-law and granddaughter were there immediately after and got to see her laying peacefully thanks to Crasain who stayed until my Mom was taken out of the house. I could go on but like I said 50 stars wouldn't be enough. - T Deller
