Familiar surroundings caregivers have been caring for me the last six weeks since I broke my arm-the arm of my dominant hand. Every caregiver has been terrific. The managers and staff were amazing when it came to communicating with me and my family. Everything felt easy, the caregivers were wonderful to work with and the cost was very similar to other places we looked at using (and the others didn’t have as friendly staff). Very thankful they assisted us during a more stressful time. I highly recommend reaching out if you are looking for a great care team.

When my husband’s family needed help and advice on how to care for his grandma’s day to day needs I reached to the office of familiar surroundings. They listed out with a lot of details all the things they could provide and what insurance they accepted. They were very straight forward and answered all my questions. The office staff was kind and understanding and I am lucky to have found such a great place to help our family! I highly recommend reaching out if you need anything for your loved ones! They make it easy and simple for the family members to support their loves ones!

Both of my parents have Dementia. I just signed up to have Familiar Surroundings take them on walks three times a week. The paperwork was easy. The staff was great during the process. After the first walk, I saw my mother smile for the first time in months. The staff knows how to talk to and deal with people with Dementia. I can't be more thrilled. Thank you for what you do.
