This review is about Felicia and how much she helped us even though my mom couldn't be placed at Atria. My mother with dementia had suffered a serious fall at a board and care home and 10 hours after being placed at another care home, a second fall. She was hospitalized for 9 days for a total of 17 days in bed. We were unsure if she'd be able to walk again and had been turned down by 3 other care homes. Exasperated, tired, frustrated and losing hope, I made yet another call in a long string of calls, this time to Atria. A very caring woman named Felicia answered. She could feel everything I was going through in my voice. She said she knew someone who may be able to help and she passed my number to a lady named Mary who was able to help my husband and I finally find placement for my mom. I just want to say that Felicia was SO helpful, kind and caring even though Atria wasnt going to benefit from us as clients. Felicia took the time to listen to me and direct me in the best of ways. Without her, I seriously doubt we would've found my mom such a good placement. Thanks SO much Felicia, for everything!
