My husband is here.. and they have worked with me for his care. And made sure that he has a good roommate that works for him.. he is talking so much more than he used to!!!! He is walking more.. they keep his room clean.. and they all treat him great!

If I could give zero stars I would. This has got to be the WORST long term care facility that I have EVER seen! My brother is a resident there and trying to get any of the administrative staff to answer the phone or give me a straight answer about his finances and potential move is like pulling teeth. The facility doesn't even have a way to leave a message for anyone that you are trying to reach and I don't have time to be on hold for over 20 minutes...especially since, according to the director of Social Services, the business office manager was going to call me over a week ago. My brother is resorting to panhandling on the streets for money, which is absolutely ridiculous. They knew when he was admitted that he had a mental illness and still accepted him...its their responsibility to keep him safe, which they obviously are NOT doing. Please think twice before bringing a family member here.

I have to leave a review as my Uncle was placed here and I have speak up for this facility. Yes, the state of Colorado should be ashamed that we allow our elders to be placed in facilities that need a complete upgrade. The state is responsible for that as these are hardworking retirees who worked hard in their lives. They do deserve better. What I can say is that the people inside the facility were amazing. I think we have to speak up for those who show up and care for our family members 24-7. My uncle was in hospice care, but they treated him like a resident, like their family, like a human. Each day I would walk in, all the staff were extremely friendly and ready to provide updates. Anything I asked for for his comfort, they worked to achieve. They were even able to get our uncle a wheelchair so he could get out of the bed, eat in the common area, socialize, and even make it outside, which was one of his final wishes. The staff make this place great. I want to give a shout out to Melissa Trujillo, amazing nurse. She made sure our uncle feel like family and kept us informed at all times. Rachel, CNA/medical assistant, was such a ray of light. She asked me what our needs were and made sure they happened. She checked on him even when he wasn’t her patient for the day. She welcomes me with a smile, a hug, and even a laugh each day. Julissa is another CNA/med assistant, she was there all the time. She comes in the dark and leaves in the dark. She was always close and so kind and professional. I love how meticulous she was with our uncle. She liked his bed to be made perfectly and his room to be clean and comfy. She was more than amazing. See these people don’t have to do this, but they do. They make sure when families don’t show up, they do. They don’t have to, they know their work environment isn’t a beautiful suite in the capitol office or at the Ritz Carlton. They show up for the people, the patients, for you and for me on the days we can’t make it. The final days for some. They are amazing humans and we should all be thankful for them. THANK YOU Falcon Heights Staff. We appreciate you so much!

Worst place for dementia patients. My grandpa was there for a while and most recently they took away one of his meds to keep him mellow without telling my grandmother. They've sent him to the hospital several times by ambulance and the hospital can't do much except send him back. He started getting aggressive without that medication. We don't know how long he was off of it as they didn't give us that information. They put him back on the med and after a while said they were going to look for another place for him so he can have one on one care. A day later they said they've sent him to memorial hospital and said they weren't taking him back.

Been living in the neighborhood with this business for almost a decade. Everytime they rack up a certain number of negative reviews, they change the company name. They do not seem to care at all about their residents. Presently they have some kind of mechanical malfunction that is non stop squealing through the entire neighborhood. According to them, there is nothing they can do. From a block away, it's noise pollution that never stops, I can't imagine what those residents are living with. Must be like Git Mo in there. I'd never subject anyone I cared for to that.
