We have been using the services of SYNERGY HomeCare for my 88-year-old father for the past 13 months. I cannot say enough good about these wonderful people. From the moment we met Brooke we felt instantly comforted that this was the group we wanted to work with. She asked careful, detailed questions and gently interviewed my father. Her incredible team is no less astoundingly diligent. They all take care to get to know his home, routine, and needs as if he were their own family member which puts my mind incredibly at ease. They are remarkably flexible with schedule changes and if they can help you, they will help you. They understand that things can change on a dime with an elderly person and they always respond professionally and compassionately. My father, who initially did not want "strangers taking care of him", now looks forward to the visits from his caregivers, trusts them implicitly (as I do) and enjoys his time with them completely. If you are looking for a home care service, take note of how the owners treat their office staff and caregivers. At Synergy (a very appropriate name) they all work very hard, but they truly enjoy what they do and it seems more a family, than a business.
