My dad initially went there for rehab with the intent of going home. He still had tests and appts at the hospital, and there were many miscommunications between the staff at Cordera and the hospital. He took a turn for the worse and he was signed over to hospice, which was handled by outside staff but there at the center. The staff at Cordera kept asking if he wanted meals and if he was going to participate in physical therapy. Then five days into hospice and two days before he passed, we were told that if he wasn’t going to participate in P/T that he would have to go home. None of it made any sense to us, and the guy was very loud and waving papers for us to sign, he seemed to only care about the paperwork. The nurse were nice but stretched very thin, they were way understaffed. Overall awful, I won’t send my mom there if she needs rehab.

Our family member was transferred here from hospital. Staff was not consistently attentive to the healthcare needs of our family member. We came in one morning to find our family member Non Responsive. The staff said she just needed to get outside. Within

The receptionist was warm and friendly. She gave me perfect directions to Elizabeth Jones’s room.<br>I felt that the clutter in Elizabeth’s room was not conducive to cleanliness and order.

My mother was admitted 3 days ago and has been treated with kindness and professionalism consistently. Since I visit her three times a day, during mealtimes and physical therapy, I have observed this first-hand. The facility is clean and quiet (no noise from traffic outside due to proper window glass) with plenty of sunlight when the window blinds are open. The food is tasty with plenty of variety.
