Monthly rent in our Memory Care community includes a broad range of personal care services that ensure individualized care, comfort, and attention.
In addition to the services offered in our Transitions™ program, we can also provide assistance with mobility, bathing, dressing, and incontinence care.

Hospice Care is a form of specialized and individualized care that is designed to provide residents and their family members support as they experience the symptoms of an advanced illness. The purpose of Hospice Care is to focus on the quality of life rather than a search for a cure. New Dawn Memory Care recognizes the importance of quality Hospice Care for our residents and family members who are experiencing the effects of an advanced illness.
We work closely with reputable hospice agencies to provide a compassionate, patient-centered approach to enhance the quality of life and support for our residents facing terminal diagnoses, and for their family members. Our Hospice Care providers focus on maintaining dignity and providing comfort which may include pain and symptom management throughout our residents’ time with us.
Our goal at New Dawn Memory Care is to meet each resident's needs while maintaining the highest level of choice, dignity, privacy, respect, and individuality. To assure that this is done effectively, a personal assessment is conducted prior to move-in. Residents, family members and the New Dawn Memory Care staff work together to develop an individually tailored service plan. A follow-up family care conference will be held regularly to assure that, as a resident's needs change, the Personalized Service Plan is adjusted accordingly.

Ive had family friends in and out of New Dawn and they have been so loving and extremely helpful. Susan had gone out of her way to make sure the care was being provided with the up most excellence. Their staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. I will be choosing New Dawn when it comes time for grandmother to make the move!

What a wonderful place to leave a loved one! We brought our mother here today and even though putting your loved one in a home is a hard thing to do, it is so much easier when you see caring people introduce themselves and immediately take over in caring for them! From the minute we drive up this happened with Rich and Bill and continued with Cindy checking in on her medical needs and the rest of the staff keeping food warm for her as they knew she would be hungry when she got there after lunchtime. Such caring people deserve praise and thanks!

First day review… 5 stars. We were immediately greeted by Bill and Rich. Amazing staff who helped us move. Greeted my grandmother and treated her so well.<br><br>She was fed, talked to and Alfonso was so nice! He immediately helped us get her a hair appointment. We felt safe there.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate all that New Dawn meant to us and the caring shown to my husband, George. His last days were spent in a place where he, and we, all felt safe and comfortable. Everyone at New Dawn was so very kind and courteous and treated the residents with such respect. It was refreshing to see how they all work together as a team! I'm so thankful that our path brought us to New Dawn Memory Care !
