The staff and administrators are wonderful. They take very good care of your loved one in the Rehab area. The food is not the greatest if you are a diabetic. But other than that, it is a clean facility and they have a lot of activities for the residence

From the moment I walked in, the building felt warm, welcoming, and well cared for. What stood out most was the kindness and professionalism of both the administration and nursing teams. They treated residents and families with genuine compassion and respect. It's clear that the staff truly care about the people they serve. I can wholeheartedly recommend Fairlawn as one of the best facilities I’ve ever encountered. Their nurses, aides and PT team are fantastic and the doctors and administrative staff are excellent as well. Nice, big rooms, above average meals and the entire facility smells fresh. Very happy to have chosen Fairlawn for my husband’s care.

My sister came to Fairlawn with a need for increased strength and mobility after a hospital stay. The whole staff from nursing and aides, PT and OT to the business office were flexible and responsive to my sister’s needs. They were always willing to listen to any concerns I had and find a way to resolve them. I would highly recommend Fairlawn if you or a loved one need a skilled nursing facility.

My mother was transported to Fairlawn recently after surgery for a short stay rehabilitation. I’ve been so impressed by the level of care and how clean the facility is kept. The downtown Gresham facility she was in the prior year smelled and the care staff sat at a desk most of the time playing on their phones. That’s not the case at Fairlawn where I have not seen anyone just sitting. Also a shoutout to Todd in therapy who truly cares and explains why things are happening in an easy to understand way. I’ll be updating the review as my mom recovers. Update 12/23: resident food is not very good. Most of the staff is awesome, shoutout to Pema who truly cares about my mother. There was an incident with PT who left my mother in pain sitting in a wheelchair for over one hour. The facility did address what happened and PT has improved. I would suggest when requesting special needs or equipment to document the date, time and persons name. I found we have to make requests up to four times before results. Also, if a procedure is ordered, stay on top of it to insure it’s done timely and ask for the results to make sure a staff member is aware if there is a problem. The place is very clean and in the holiday spirit.
