Have been using Enhabit for a few months. The clinicians that I have dealt with have been great. However, I cannot say the same for the office. When my visits eere not “authorized” & Enhabit knew this they still sent clinicians to my home for therapy visits. Why??? Very unprofessional in my opinion. That just screws up my number of visits. When I have called the office in the past, I seem to get the run around. They do not seem to know what they are doing or talking about. I only give 2 stars because the clinicians that I have seen seem professional & want to help you. The office doesn’t seem to give a hoot. I would not recommend Enhabit to anyone overall.

My father used this same company eight years ago when it was american senior care before encompass came in. Back then it was a 5 star outfit. When in need now we turned to the group again. I have to say we have been disappointed at the decline of service provided. The office is not helpful and a few nurses are not reliable on showing up on their scheduled day. One particular nurse was arguementive if you did not agree with her thought of action. May be overworked or understaffed. The 24 hour service is not really a support either. I give a 3 star because some of the nurses are very good and kind and are doing the best they can with what I suspect is a poorly run office.
