I was at elderwood and I was amazed how durty the carpets were going up the stairs, the going to the dining room , outside and inside the dining room.the carpets and I repeat are filthy, and there was a area with a water container. The carpet was drenched with water and has apparently been like that for a long time. It looks like black mold. The board of healt needs to be notified. On there websight they show amazing pictures these are old pictures when the Coors owned this complex. Now this is owned by someone in NYC. And once going through this is not maintained. Be careful.

Complete lack of compassion at end of life. Over the past three days as my grandmother lay dying nursing staff was late administering all pain medication, response times for changing soiled linens and pampers was over 45 minutes consistently, once over an hour despite requesting multiple requests. In her last hours they remained sticklers for the visitors policy.
