This place I live in is a dump. They don't care about there residents food allergies and fix whatever they want and then your forced to eat cereal 24-7. They don't care if you're toilet works or if you have air conditioning. They need to shut this place down just for the bugs in your food. I wouldn't send a sick dog there let alone a loved one.

I just love the care and genuine love that the residents experience at Elpaso Health Care Center. It is clear that the employees value the quality of life that the resident's have. I thank for all their service.

Great group of people to work with! The staff goes above and beyond! From buying clothing for anyone who comes empty handed to the staff member in laundry sewing on buttons with her own sewing kit to taking personal time and taking residents out on fun adventures These are just a small portion of what shows that the staff is here for the right reasons!

I've only been here a week, but my impression is the food is better than at the Arcola Health Care facility. The group activities don't get at the root of the matter - they could be more in-depth. The exercise program leaves a lot to be desired, bu on the whole the staff is caring.

I was welcomed warmly when I came to this health care center. They even drove over 4 hours to pick me up. The food is definitely better than what I was eating when I was on my own, I actually like it, it's much healthier. The staff has always treated me with respect and kindness. There aren't many health care centers with this type of specific care. I left family 4 hours away and I plan on staying. May God Bless El Paso Healthcare . Thanks for everything.
