Working as a nurse at Apostolic Christian home myself, I knew it had excellence as we all tried to do our best. Now that my Mother is there, I know the excellence continues as she tells me she is “fine as frog hair” when I talk to her. I had to look up the meaning of the words and now I know she is doing GREAT!! Thank you to all at EUREKA APOSTOLIC HOME because I love my Mother of 94 years.

This is an excellent facilty. My father was a resident for 2+ years and was given very good care. The staff are very kind and friendly. The facilty is very clean. The food is great and there are many activities for the residents. If you have an elderly parent that needs much more care than you can provide this facilty will give them a kind, caring, Christian healthy environment.

My mom has been there for two years and it is a great home. Very friendly and caring staff, always clean and well maintained. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for rehabilitation or a place to care for your love ones.

My mother has been at the Apostolic Christian Home in Eureka, Il for 2 1/2 years. She has received wonderful care. The staff is amazing and their love for the residents shows through the care they give them. It is very clean and it does not have that “nursing home smell that most facilities have. My mother is adjusted and happy there and I am too!

I have both professional and personal experience with this nursing home and I would recommend this home to anyone. In fact, I would have to say it is a home not a nursing home as that is how I feel when I walk in the front door to visit my mom. The staff is attentive to mom's needs, personal in their interaction with her and professional with all communication. We have many meals up in the front room and it is so cozy. We can go outside in the courtyard and I feel like I'm in my back yard. So many comments could be made but when I grow old it does not worry me at all as I know there is a second "home" that will care for any needs and have any activity I wish to attend all day long. Can't get much better than that!
