I had visited my brother there since he was placed there about 3 or 4 times. Now my next door neighbor is there for rehab and he seems to be taken care of very nicely. He’s always clean and well fed. He seems to be happy. He would rather be home but since he is unable to take care of himself, Edgewood is the perfect place for him. It’s close enough so we can visit him every week. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Dirty, unorganized, the desk nurse was rude and dismissed me when I asked for help for my family member. Very disappointing 😞. I called the number given 8 times to further explain the situation. No one answered. Turns out the "Confidential Concern Line" is literally just the listed number for the facility. There's not even a person for that line. It's just whoever answers. Unbelievable. 2 weeks later my daughter still hasn't had a shower (I go in and wash her hair with rinse less shampoo) and is frequently left unattended for hours with her call light on. Her roommate as well. We are trying desperately to get her transferred to a competent facility. Last night there were 6 call lights on in her hallway. All of the employees except the Physical Therapist were sitting at the table in the main area in their phones. The neglect is mind blowing.
