Grounds and surrounding area are very well maintained! Maintenance 24hr on call number, emergency same day, then other 2-3 day response. Good security double doors, with phone and names for entrance.<br>Parking adequate front & back, sticker required on windows. Laundry 5 regular 1 double machines, 6 dryers, 2 loads at a time limit. A card, and loadable 5 &10.00 only machine. Landscape well maintained, mail is around 3 to 3:30, manager 20hrs a wk, assistant manager 40hrs a wk, lunch 12 to 1:00 pm. Good views of the bay boats and others, bike path, and new construction are a added plus!
