As an outsider visiting a friend at Providence Care Center, I was immediately struck by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the obvious professionalism of everyone I encountered. The facility itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a bright and comfortable environment. From the front desk staff to the care team I observed interacting with residents, everyone was incredibly courteous and genuinely attentive. Residents I saw seemed happy and well-cared for. It's clear this is a place that prioritizes both the physical comfort and emotional well-being of its residents. For anyone seeking quality care, my first impression of Providence Care Center is overwhelmingly positive – it truly gives off a sense of genuine care and competence. Highly recommended based on what I saw!

I enjoy visiting my mother at the Providence Commons independent building. The building is clean and the walls of her room are soundproof. There are always residents sitting in the lobby, that greet me, and there are so many activities for which the residents can take part, with sign-up sheets available. The echo device in the room is very helpful to my mother who can see what the latest announcements are. I’m glad that she has to check in on the machine each day. There have been occasions where I’ve heard that people have to wait longer for shuttle service to get across the street for church services, meals, etc because some of the staff have to do double duty. to me that is number one of importance. There should be enough staff for all positions. I appreciate that there is a communion service available every week and that mass is held on Sundays. I’m not sure if this is only because of priest and sister happen to be living on the premises. But I would hope that that is always encouraged.
