Kudos to EVNA for care received after an incredible fall in my house. I was severely injured with multiple fractures. A special shout out to Alex who has a unique wealth of knowledge coupled with very tasteful humor which really helped during this tremendously difficult time. . He rendered SO many safety recommendations as well - ones that were way beyond my bandwidth.

Signed my 98 year old mom up with the Eddy approximately 3 years ago. The staff and care has been very good until now. During the sales pitch we were told that if my mom ever needed long term care (Nursing Home), it would be an easy transition into an Eddy facility. That time has come and no beds anywhere for her to go. Our only choice was a facility in Massachusetts, 87 miles away. Shame on the Eddy and their empty promises.
