My dad is currently in the manor and its awful. They could care less, he can't feed himself and if my mom isn't there to do it they put the tray in his room and leave him and when they do feed him they leave him a complete mess. i can' t imagin they would want their parents treated like this. if you speak up you get less attention then you already didn't have. it's the worst place to send your loved one. The funny thing is the street sign that says "We care" its a joke. it couldn't be more farther from the truth. It's a awful place. I can't wait for my dad to get out of there. but sadly its a process. The nurses are super rude. They could care less and for some reason the management team puts up with it. It's awful all the way around.

The four years I was here were some of the most chaotic years I've had, and not in a good day remotely. The amount of just disregard for the well being of the residents I saw was disgusting. The actions of the staff ranged from exceptional to appalling unfortunately leaning towards the latter. I am praying it will improve, the residents are sweethearts and absolutely deserve so much better

My grandmother was sent here a couple of months ago, and I had only seen a place like this in movies. I helped to move her in on her first day, and immediately, I had a great feeling due to the staff members I had met. Everyone I met was kind and compassionate and provided the most professional care. This type of care and professionalism should be a testament to care across America when you have a loved one who needs this service. I witnessed firsthand the hard work and dedication from every staff member. If you have to make this hard decision, trust me, you would want your loved one here. I want to send a special shout out to the 3rd floor staff, Wing A3, for their rock star treatment of my grandmother. We are forever grateful.
