I had an educational and enlightening experience with the Admission Director, Odette. I recieved a tour of the facility which was clean and organized. The residents were playing bingo in the open and sunny common area. The rooms were spacious and cozy, bringing a real sense of home. The staff were very interactive. I highly recommend setting up a tour and see for yourself what this community has to offer your loved ones needing a higher level of care.

The Eliot has been a great experience since day one. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s very clean and the residents are all well taken care of. Odette was amazing and went above and beyond in assisting with the admissions process of a client. I would recommend the Eliot to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well managed facility.

Looking for Assisted Living for my mother in law…spoke with Odette…..what a pleasure it was…she was warm and friendly…listened and gave me advice…we determined that my mother in law needed more than assisted living and still didn’t brush me off…I wish my mother in law could be placed here….Odette is a valuable resource and super nice…appreciate it..

The Eliot accepted 2 clients of mine, and Odette made the process really smooth and provided a lot of support with the application process. The staff has been warm and welcoming during my visits.

My aunt D lived here until she transferred to 2 other dumpy facilities before she sadly passed that neglected her care… she left to be closer to her adult children whom never came to see her. I honestly feel if she sated at the Elliot she would be here with us today. This place did wonders for her. She lost weight here and I got to witness my Aunt D walk again and not be bed bound due to her obesity limiting hoer mobility… if she had stayed here she would have be able to get bariatric surgery as she wanted but, sadly transferred and gained a bunch of weight back… I have a few other folks whom I know currently live here and they have valid complaints but, nothing that compares to the horror stories of other facilities they have been if and they say they are glad to have this facility for their care. I’m grateful for this facility as it’s helped many folks I know live productive lives in a safe environment for them thank you for all this place does from the bottom of my heart.
