My wife and I have lived at Eastland Center Court for about five months. After deciding that senior apartment living was right for us, we did an extensive search of what was available in our area. We chose Eastland Center Court because the apartment layout makes a lot of sense and is comfortable. A washer and dryer, just about full size, are included in every apartment. The building is clean and well maintained. Utilities, including internet and cable TV, are included in the rent. Maintenance requests are honored efficiently and quickly. The maintenance staff is competent, helpful, and friendly. The office manager is friendly also and was very helpful to us as we were making our decision to move here. The exercise room is small but very adequate. There are libraries and game rooms, a salon, a large community room, a coffee shop, and activities just about every day. I appreciate also that there is no pressure to participate in any activities. Trash rooms are available on every floor. Residents are friendly. In five months, I haven't met anyone that I would rather not see again. The location is convenient to all major highways and all kinds of shopping. With an almost rural setting along a hiking and biking trail, we are also less than a half mile from Costco. No apartment community is perfect, of course. We miss having a garbage disposal, for example, but we've learned to live without one, without too much difficulty. We came to Eastland Center Court looking for a home where we would be able to focus on the things we enjoy doing rather than constantly attending to chores. We found what we were looking for. Eastland Center Court really is home.

I have delivered to this building several times. From the outside, I love how well-kept and maintained it looks. However, I have made deliveries both early in the morning and late at night, and every time it smells terrible. The odor is present on every floor from the first floor to the top and never smells fresh, deodorized, or clean. This building is in serious need of deep hallway carpet cleaning often and proper deodorizing with a clean, fresh scent. The smell is so bad that it’s hard to tolerate. I’ve even spoken with another delivery driver from a different company who mentioned the same issue months ago. Even if a cleaning company comes in, the carpets and hallways still stink badly. It’s honestly ridiculous considering how nice the building looks on the outside.
