Impossible to get any receipts, billing statements or financial records to file the final tax return of our recently deceased mother, despite being the trustees of her estate.<br>What are they hiding??<br>Instead you get the run around and told that you have to contact their new corporate handlers but they cannot even give you the phone number or even the name of it. Then they make up some story that the records are gone because of the merger. They also told us to hire an expensive lawyer to subpoena a simple receipt needed to file the final tax return. We already missed the deadline and had to file for a six month extension. Time to alert the IRS of their secretive business practices so that they can audit them instead of us<br>Not the kind of confused place with a non supportive staff that I would ever want to be housed in

They take good care of my mom. The staff that work here make it a fun and safe environment. They comfort patients like my mom who has dementia and get confused when she can’t remember why she can’t go home.
