I moved in January will be two years. I thought Kathy & Todd was a good team, however I must say that Alysia,Dave & Kee is super. They work so hard the majority of the residents are happy. I feel that most of the issues here belong to corporate. Most of the residents if interviewed would say that Alysia, Dave & Kee is not the problem here. The majority of the residents are happy. We have become a real family. Kee is a super activity manager, she pulls everyone together, Alysia makes sure the management issues are handled and Dave works hard to make sure the maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner. If corporate would take care of their issues than this would be a super place to live.

07/25/26:: I wanted to revised my review. We have a new activity coordinator and she is very nice. However I have along with a few other residents have been pitching in the help with activities. I have now been told to my face by the property manager that as a resident that is not our responsibility. I learned today that the activity coordinator that cleaning the kitchen and doing dishes is not her responsibility. I am extremely frustrated and confused. Nothing is clearly stated and even the refrigerator is a total mess. Nothing is being thrown out and items are molded.i am charging my review to 3 stars…

Since being a resident, there have been 3 location managers. The 2 elevators rotate working, no hot water for extended times, no water currently.
Large dogs are allowed, in conflict with lease.
Dave the maintenance man is fabulous.

My husband and I moved in October 2025. Alesia was the manager when we moved in and was very helpful. Unfortunately she got frustrated by lack of support from corporate and quit. We were without a manager on site for 3 months. Thankfully our activity director Kee and maintenance man Dave stepped up and worked very hard to help the residents as much as they could. They are top notch! During that time a new management company took over and we got a new manager, Yadi. She has had a lot to catch up on and over the weekend water lines broke and several apartments were flooded. At this point we have no water and electricity has been turned off. The residents whose apartments were damaged were advised to find someplace to stay temporarily but most of the residents are just waiting for the water and electricity to be restored. The elevators have been down more than once since we have been here. Our opinion is that the building has major infrastructure issues that need to be fixed. I hope new management company jumps in and takes care of it.

Unfortunately, our positive experience has changed in the last few months under new management. My dad has gone without heat for almost 4 weeks now with no attempt at repair or reply to our requests to repair. This is in the middle of winter, with temps below zero. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a resident that is a disabled veteran. I’ve called many times with no response, emailed several times with no response, and submitted multiple maintenance requests. I’m at a loss with what to do at this point. I would not recommend moving here if you need reliable management and maintenance.

——————————

My dad has lived here for the past year and has had a wonderful experience. Clean facility, nice rooms, great staff, and an enjoyable (and peaceful) community to live in. The management is available and attentive to the needs of the residents. They also have great social events. Would highly recommend!
