Independent Living Plus at Eagle Point is a community for seniors who want extra time to themselves without sacrificing their independence.

Our primary goal is to help you maintain as much independence as possible while taking some responsibility off your shoulders. You’ll no longer have to worry about shoveling snow, mowing your lawn, or keeping your home spic-and-span.

We work hard to provide a wide range of fun community-led events to socialize and make new friends. We want to give you the freedom to spend your time doing things you love with people you care about.

What Independent Living Plus Means

Eagle Point allows members to live privately, enjoy communal spaces with friends, and participate in activities.

At Eagle Point, we take care of all household chores and outdoor maintenance, so you have more time to focus on the important things. Any shoveling, mowing, and general tidying of your home will be completely taken care of, so you can spend your time doing the things you love.

All Independent Living Plus options include 1 meal a day and bi-weekly complimentary housekeeping.

Assisted Living at Eagle Point provides a specialized approach to care for individuals who need it. We personalize an experience for every resident with a variety of choices in living options, home care services, and amenities.

We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed in all aspects when you’re at Eagle Point, so we’ll take care of any household chores that may have been weighing you down. We’ll handle any shoveling, mowing, and general household chores to spend more time on the things that matter most.

Memory Care

Cognitive impairments, such as dementia, affect over 16 million people in the United States. These impairments can make daily tasks increasingly difficult and can make living alone intimidating.

We recognize that, for these residents, maintaining independence is paramount to their happiness. We structure individual care plans and routines around giving residents access to as much freedom as possible while ensuring they have access to 24-hour support.
