This place abuses and mistreats my family member in this facility. Money has come up missing. A lot her things that have come up broken that were given to her from other family members to help her feel more comfortable. They are constantly being ignored when expressing their concerns and feelings. I fear for their safety and well being. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT HERE!

I would not recommend this nursing home. From what I witnessed, the staff showed very little compassion or respect for the residents. Patients’ personal belongings were damaged, and concerns were ignored instead of being taken seriously. Residents were not given the opportunity to express their opinions or advocate for themselves.

There were long periods where patients were left alone without assistance, and I was deeply concerned about the quality of care being provided. I also had concerns about missing personal belongings. Patients who are unable to move around or care for themselves deserve dignity, kindness, and prompt attention—not neglect.

I cannot verify whether food was tampered with, but the level of trust and professionalism I experienced left me feeling unsafe and worried about my loved one’s well-being.

I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the care, respect, and accountability provided to every resident.

The staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes a big difference for both residents and their families. Communication has been clear and consistent, and it’s evident that the team genuinely cares about providing quality care. I would confidently recommend Edenbrook of Appleton to anyone looking for a supportive and professional environment for their loved one.

Poor treatment whether its age or size , missing money from bday cards, false complaints filed specifically because of some things listed above. Its absolutely ridiculous. What is the purpose if you're caring is limited and and you're patient favoritism is even a factor. It not just sorry but these are family members and friends do something about it.
