I had such warm and caring staff. Physical therapy was great my therapist made certain I had all I needed to go home as far as equipment. I had a thirty day stay for rehabilitation after knee replacement the food is good they have good sandwiches for snacks. I would recommend them and I plan to revisit when I have my hip replacement

Staffing is wonderfull. Very kind and helpful. Always there to help you when ever needed. Always with a smile and a good morning. They make you feel comfortable, relax, and safe. Food here is fabulous And they make sure you get enough. Hats off to the chef. Medication is delivered on a timely basis as needed. I'm glad im going home but im gonna miss this place and the people here, staff and friends. OT, and PT staff are very professional and encourage you to preform to your best ability. They work hard with you to get you better and do a great job at it. The Nurses and the CNA do a excellent job caring for you whether you 25 years old or 90.

My experience with the occupational and physical therapy was great although it started it started off kind of painful but as kept I going to build up my strength and muscles it wasn't as painful. All the therapists I worked with worked me very hard and they were very understanding of my back pain and their motivation helped through each day. Losing weight was one of my main goals and I achieve some weight loss and I still have a ways to go and I'm going to keep working out now that I'm home I'm going to keep doing the things that my therapist’s have taught me. I would like to thank Christiana, my OT therapist and don't let her pretty face and petite size fool you, she'll definitely give you a work-out with the added on weights, lol and a she has a kind heart. I would like to thank Kermit, as I called Mr. Torture nah he's not bad, a great OT therapist, he just made sure you get what you're there for and the meaning of no pain no gain that's him and he motivates you with music and a gentle smile. I would also like to thank Benson, Erica, and Anthony. Although our time was short together working with you all was fun I enjoyed the laughs. I also would like to thank for those who I didn't work with Paula, Dana and Maddie (the supervisor) for your kindness and friendliness. To all of you keep up the great work. I also have to mention my time with my physical therapist's. Mati best PT ever, who made me sweat but never gave up on me made me work very hard walking and stair climbing and a variety of other exercises, you made me laugh and you’re a great dancer. Thanks Mati for caring. Emerson, although we didn't work very long together I appreciate you for your time well spent and your kindness and friendliness as well as Queen and James. I would also like to thank for those who I didn't work with Nessa, Nidhi, and Mariza (the supervisor), for your kindness and friendliness as well. Simon to whom I'll never forget, the juggler, singer, dancer and always made me laugh the one thing I'll miss the most about you and saying to you is "Simon Says" and your enlightening and spiritual responses. To you all keep up the great work. To all my CNA nurses and RN’s from 3rd floor North, who helped take care of me, I’m especially grateful to you all for your friendliness, kindness, laughter and support:Tricia, Selven, Sizor, Cain, Patricia, Johnson, Lucien, Benjamin, Jeannie, Sheffi, Margaret, Barkley, Farley, Mc Berney, Sky, Hazel, Melba, and Katie. The kind & caring staff: admissions (Jason & Gabby) all the nurse supervisors, doctors, social workers, dietitian(Kelly), maintenance(Alex), housekeeper’s and a special sincere thanks to director Archie who always made sure I was okay. Sincerely, Joy Wright 2/17-4/10/2026

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided at this nursing home. From the moment you walk through the doors, you immediately notice how clean, organized, and well-maintained the facility is. The environment is bright, comfortable, and truly feels like a home rather than an institution. The level of patient care is outstanding. The nurses and aides are attentive, compassionate, and incredibly patient. They treat every resident with dignity and respect, taking the time to understand their individual needs and preferences. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being and happiness of each person who lives there. The entire team is supportive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile — whether it’s answering family questions, providing updates, or simply offering a comforting presence. Communication is clear and consistent, which brings so much peace of mind to families. Knowing your loved one is in a place that prioritizes cleanliness, safety, and heartfelt care makes all the difference. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a compassionate and supportive environment for their family member.
