If I could give zero, I would. This is the worst facility I've experienced. My loved one was there after moving from the adjacent DGNR. The decline experienced while at Saratoga Grove was significant and irreversible. The quality of care was abysmal. My sisters and I were very active in monitoring care and there was always something that we had to complain about. My loved one never had a bed sore before this place and had them constantly while there. They consistently had agency nurses and caregivers who were rude and couldn't (or wouldn't) answer questions. Anytime I went, I was guaranteed to see a caregiver lounging in a chair on their phone while residents were neglected. We had to get a private caregiver just to make sure a basic level of care was met. If you're looking for quality care, skip Saratoga Grove.
